Correct usage of SS-331H:

1. After each work, it is recommended to empty 3-5 times and empty the residual tin in the tube;
2. If the use interval is about 20 minutes, it is recommended to clean the steel pipe with a needle after air suction;
3. If the suction is reduced during use, please clean the steel pipe with a needle;
4. If the frequency of use is very low, it is recommended to adjust the tin gun to around 200 degrees Celsius and then adjust it to the working temperature during use;
5. When there is about half of the tin slag in the tin storage cylinder, it should be cleaned in a timely manner. When the filter cotton is found to be in a hardened state, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
 

Reason for blockage of suction gun:

The temperature setting is too low during long-term disassembly and welding. When the solder does not reach the tin storage cylinder, the temperature drops, and the solder remains in the pipe, causing blockage.
Too much tin slag in the tin storage cylinder was not cleaned in a timely manner. If the suction that affects the nozzle is not cleaned in a timely manner, the tin slag at the tail needs to be removed. Only by heating the tin with a soldering iron at the back and melting it can it be removed.
 

Special instructions

After the use of the suction gun, there is still residue in the fine steel pipe. If it is kept in a high-temperature state, it will cause internal tin oxidation to produce tin slag (because the melting temperature of lead-free solder is 220 degrees, and the dissolution temperature of lead solder is 180 degrees). After the tin slag is oxidized, it will expand and tightly adhere to the inner wall of the stainless steel pipe to produce solid powder, which cannot be penetrated with a needle. So, it is necessary to clean the tin slag in a timely manner when appropriate.
