Ortopad is an occlusory patch used in orthoptic therapies of amblyopia and strabismus. It is made of a soft non-woven fabric of white bamboo. This comfortable and environmentally friendly material is durable and allows skin perspiration. The shape of the occlusor adapts perfectly to the periocular area.

• The central pad is made of a soft, thin material inside which there is a photo-absorbent screen that prevents light filtration (very important for the effectiveness of therapy).
• Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Glue (hot melt glue with pressure-activated adhesive properties) has a strong adhesion, it is hypoallergenic, breathable and removes without producing trauma or irritation to children's delicate skin (even with prolonged use). Does not leave residue after removal. It is free of solvents and free of natural rubber latex.

• Instructions for use: Clean and dry the skin thoroughly (periocular area). Open the envelope and remove the backing paper. Apply the occluser to the closed eye with the narrowest part facing the nose. Press the edges to make it adhere properly to the skin. Replace Ortopad once daily or as directed by the therapist.
